WebP to PDF, free, in your browser
Pictures saved from the web as .webp into one PDF, one picture per page, in your order. Your browser decodes them on your device, so nothing is uploaded. Mix in JPG, PNG, AVIF or HEIC files in the same PDF.

How WebP to PDF works here
- Drop the pictures. Choose or drop .webp files, and others if you like. Put them in order with the arrows.
- Pick the page. Choose the paper size, margins and how each picture fits its page.
- Make the PDF. Your browser decodes each picture on your device and the pages are written into one PDF, or one per picture.
What it does
- Decodes WebP with your browser's own decoder, on your device.
- Keeps transparency as a soft mask, or flattens it onto white.
- Turns each picture's page to fit its shape when the orientation is automatic.
What it does not do
- It does not keep animation: an animated WebP becomes its first frame.
- It does not make the text in a picture searchable; run OCR PDF on the result for that.
Questions
What is a WebP file?
A picture format made for the web. Browsers save pictures as .webp, and many other apps do not open it. A PDF opens everywhere.
Can I mix WebP with JPG and PNG?
Yes. Every picture becomes a page, in the order you set.
Is there a limit?
No limit on pictures or size beyond your device's memory, no account and no watermark.
Does my file leave my computer?
No. The pictures are decoded and the PDF is made in your browser tab. Nothing is uploaded.
